How do I make maps
1.

Before drawing a single line, I take the time to listen. What is your project? What kind of map do you need? Who is it for? Together, we lay the foundation to ensure your map becomes a precise and impactful tool.

2.

Like a craftsman selecting the finest raw materials, I choose reliable and relevant data. Whether it comes from your own datasets or needs to be created, I gather the elements that will give your map meaning and strength.

3.

I create a first draft — a digital sketch. At this stage, I process the initial data, choose the right scale, and propose a first visual direction. This is when your map begins to take shape.

4.

This is the heart of my work: every color, every symbol, every typeface is chosen with care. The map becomes a graphic object — precise and elegant. A tool that informs as much as it inspires.

5.

I deliver your map in the required formats — for web, print, or publication. And if adjustments are needed, I refine the work until it meets your expectations perfectly.

I approach cartography as a form of craftsmanship, where scientific rigor and graphic quality go hand in hand.
My experience has led me to develop a wide range of interests where I can bring value to your projects:
• urban and spatial planning (documents and plans),
• press and publishing (atlases, books, articles),
• statistics and geomatics (creation of data, analyses...),
• social science research (theses, academic publications),
• transport communication (network maps, schematic diagrams),
• data visualization
If you're a journalist, urban planner, researcher, organization, or consulting firm — you need maps!
